Setting Up The Sale: It only takes a few minutes on the phone to discuss the details, such as dates, incentives, and set a pre-scheduled delivery date, time and location. We prepare letters and notices to inform your sellers of all the pertinent information about the fundraiser such as dates, money, pick-up location, incentives/bonuses, etc. All sales materials are Free and are sent to you several days before your sale begins.
Selling Period: The group usually runs their sale for two weeks and the order forms are turned in to the group sponsor on the last day of the sale. The sponsor then mails the forms to us. The orders are computerized, and then they are pre-packed per seller.
Delivery: Your products are delivered to you on your PRE-SCHEDULED delivery date, time and location. We provide you with helpful ways to distribute your products to the whole process goes smoothly. Your people will pick up their products at the pre-scheduled distribution time and pick-up location (this information is provided on the letter and notice).
